Taunton what its going take to lose that holiday belly fat in a hurry!!

Hey, guys this is Bobby from One More Rep Fitness. I'm sure your trying to get back into your Taunton workout routine, and eat right after the holiday. You might have packed on a few pounds over the last month. Which is a case of alot of people. I've been there done that. Its tough, this time of year between missing your workouts for Christmas shopping, and eating too many sweets. I'm sure you want to lose that belly fat in a hurry.

Its going take commitment. First you just have to make the choice that your going reach your goal weight, period end of story. Doesn't matter how many walls you might run into. Once you just decide what you want. Your going to have to plan. Sure we plan our workouts most of the time. I'm telling you, if you don't plan your meals you probably won't get any where fast. So, just like we plan our workouts. We got to do the same for our meals. Its a little more work . If you truly want it, you'll do what it takes.

Alright before you go to your Taunton gym, plan your workouts too. I have seen my best results planning workouts for myself. Its so much better then winging it. I recommend that your exercise plan evolves around weight or body weight training, combined with interval training. You should be able to lose all the belly fat you want to lose. Save the cardio for endurance athletes. Weight training torches fat better then pure cardio.

It might not always seem so. But, I personally think the gym part is the easy part. The nutrition part takes more discipline. As I said earlier to succeed you need plan. I recommend you make a menu or a list of what your going eat for the week. Now take that to the grocery store with you. If the foods in your house, your more likely eat it. Just make sure if your gone , for a while you pack all your meals. If you do this, you won half the battle. No here is what type of foods you should stick to.

Lean Proteins
whole grains
veggies
fruits
good fats

These foods should come from there most natural source possible. No processed food, the more ingredient on the package, the worse it probably is for you. Example: look how much crap is on back of a cereal box. As long as you combine these foods in your diets 5-6 times a day. This should support your goal of losing your belly fat.

If you have any further nutrition question about losing your holiday belly fat , make sure to comment or email me. Plus if you ever were interested in getting into to one of my bootcamp or personal training programs. I'm offering 10 people training for only $299 for 6 months. Make sure you get back to if interested , I dont know how long this will last.

Taunton: stop doing crunch exercises to work your abs your wasting time

Do you ever Wonder why all those crunch exercises , don't seem to do much at all?

If I were to ask you why you started working out? What would you tell me? You might tell me that you want to lose your stomach. Which is alot peoples goals. Which is awesome , glad here you've taken the first step. But doing a billion crunch exercises ( especially on those ab machines don't get me started on those) and cardio for an hour isn't going get you any where soon.

So, as far as the exercise goes stop doing so many crunches. Start doing free weight and body weight exercises, these will not only help you lose the fat from your stomach. But, these often engage your abs. They work your whole abs how they should be worked. avoid or limit isolation exercises like curls and shoulder raises they don't do anything for fat loss. Check out this sample workout.

squats 8 reps
pull ups 8 reps
kettllebell swings 20 reps
incline press 8 reps
ab roller 12 reps
spider push ups 16 reps
pikes 12 reps

go thru 2-3 times

Now you see every single exercise I'm engaging my core, the last three concretes on the abs a lot because they force you to stabalize your abs throughout the exercise. (Which is what your abs are made to do.) Next you should do some type interval training which I discuss
here
this is great for fat loss.

I dont want to get to into nutrition too much, but follow these three tips to maxmize your results.

1. Eat 5 meals a day, eating every 2-4 hours.

2. Get rid of junk and proccesed foods.

3. Stick to:
Lean proteins
Whole grains
veggies
fruits
good fat

Put this in your exercise program for 21 days and I know your stomach will flatten. E-mail me back and tell me how it goes. Seriously.

I hope you guys will put this in your routine and reach your goals. Since its the holiday season I have a great offer for you this holiday that will end soon. Let me know if your interested in getting full access to my bootcamp for a year only $299.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Are you a gym rat, who workouts out constantly but never seems to get anywhere. There are a ton of people who absoultly frustrate me as a personal trainer. They workout hard. I mean they really go after it in there workouts. They just refuse fuel there body for there killer Taunton workouts.

A lot of these people don't even eat bad in the traditional sense. Its not like there having burger king and ding dongs all the time. They just refuse to eat multiple times a day. Not planning there meals, pushes them to quick processed meals or even fast food. Ouch Taunton. Don't make these mistakes, take control of your workout. In personal training I see this too often.

Hey Taunton do you get that 2 o clock crash everyday, you know 2-3 hours after lunch. Feeling really tired dreading the rest of the work day. Sound familiar, this is because your not eating 4-6 meals a day. What your feeling is probably low blood sugar. So, start eating every 2-4 hour . You will not only see a boost in your energy, but it will help your body drop those extra pounds a lot faster.

3 ways to Raynham Rapid Weight loss

Hey, this Bobby here. Been pretty busy with bootcamp and personal training stuff. But, I wanted to take the time to tell you three ways to help you lose weight and tone your body in a hurry. I''ve been seeing to many sad fitness mistakes lately, like reading while doing cardio, using ineffective machine and restricting calories too much just to name a few. Here are my three ways to slim you down and take your body back.

1. Stop!! doing so much damn cardio. Unless your an endurance athlete, there's no reason for doing hours and hours of cardio. When doing cardio like this you practically cause no changes to your body. Which means no weight loss. When your done with your dreadful cardio, besides burning some calories. You haven't create a physical change that will lead to rapid weight loss.

Do me a favor try this for a week after your done with your strength training, do about 15 minutes of cardio that it. Go on any machine. Go as fast as you can for 30 sec. followed by active rest for 60sec( go at a slower pace). Repeat that 12 times. Then your done with your cardio. After you do this 3x this week let me know how it goes.

I bet you'll see better results doing this, then doing a hour of cardio everyday. The reason being you creates a physical change. This will boost your metabolism, and make you a fat burning machine. Raynham I bet you'll lose that weight.

2. Now instead of doing your strength training by using machines or isolation exercise. That practically doing nothing fort weight loss. Try to do compound exercises that burn more calories and work more muscles at one time try this workout.

Repeat 3x a week, go though this three times

Squat and Press 12x
DB Bent over Rows 10x
Squat shuffle 20x
Push ups/ with knee raises 12x
DB Swings 20x
Cross legged mountain climbers 25x
Rest for a minute repeat 2 more times

This will boost your metabolism at the same time tone your body from head to toe. This will bring you one step closer to Raynham Weight loss.

3. Finally, to maximize your Rapid Raynham Weight loss. Fuel your body with the Right stuff. That means eating 4-6x a day. And no this will not make you fat. This will crank up your metabolism and have the pounds falls off. Fill these meals with lean proteins, healthier carbs and good fats. Then your on your way to your new body.

Now, reading great fitness advice is nice, but it wont mean a damn thing if you don't put it into action. So, go out and try these this week and let know what you think. Be massive action taker and reach your fitness goal.

Why most weight loss programs fail.

Why most weight loss programs fail.

Do you wonder why most workouts people do in the gym or at home fail.

I'm going give you 5 reasons why your current program will fail you.

1. To much low intesnity cardio, low intesnity cardio is probally giving you no or slow results. Your not burning enough calories( remember there are 3500 calories in a lbs of fat) and your not increasing your metabolism either.

2.You refuse to eat more than 3 times a day, wich is going slow down your metabolism as slow as a turtle.
3.You doind no form of restance training, which burns more calories than cardio and cranks up your metabolism.

4. Your flat, your not inspired. You refuse to push your self farther enough to creatre a dramtic changes.

5. Your doing to many isolation exercises like crunches, bicep curls. or shoulder raises, which practically do nothing for weight loss, and are pretty inefffective at toning up too.

Those, are the top 5 reasons why your failing right now.

There's good new, check out my web site for info on how to ge the most out of your work . And give me a call to get a year of bootcamp for only $299.

3 Ways to Crank up Energy and Lose weight

I'm actually sitting in my car, waiting for the tow truck to get here. My car has broken down and I'm trying take my mind off it. So, I'm going write this blog in my car.

So, I'm going to share with you 5 ways me and my clients crank up our metabolism and lose weight. I'm really trying keep my mind off this car promblem , make sure you comment and tell me how these workout for you.

1.Eat multiple times a day- I always make
sure I eat 4-5 times a day, eating every 2-4 hours. You want to fill these meals with good carbs and proteins. I stress the same thing to all my clients. It seems everytime , I see my client after we go over nutrition. They come back having more energy and feeling awesome. You see once you start doing this you will boost your energy, increase your metabolism, and stabilize your blood sugar which will help you to lose weight.

2. Go Big-Compound exercises have always been my favorite, didn't matter what I was training for power lifting, bodybuilding or cardio conditioning ? Compound exercise are just exercises that work multiple muscles. . There king to building muscle or on the flip side they will burn a ton of calories also. For example: heavy dead lifts will get you real stong and big. The reason for this you use a ton muscles and heavy dealifts release muscle building hormones. Say you dont want get big you want to tone up. Do something like a burpie push up, your still working so many muscles, the emphasis is more on cardio and musclular endurance then strength. Stick with the compund exercise, and throw out the isolation exercises , or do them at the end. Either way the bulk your routine should compound movements.

3. Keep that heart pumping- What will help you with weight loss and fats is doing more circuit or super sets that keeps heart reat high. Which will burn a ton calories. Another bonus it improve your cardiovascular health like crazy. A simple one I do with a lot of clients might be.

Jump squats
Walking Lunges
Jogging back to the start
Jumping jax
Pushup

Thats a pretty basic one but, you'll be huffing and puffing. You've hit every major muscle in your body and heart rate is cranking. Your torching that fat and building a lean toned body.

This Fall River Personal trainer Hates Cardio

So, I was waiting for my personal training client to show up the other day at workout world in fall river. I was just looking around, the free weight area was dead. Mostly everyone was on the cardio machines. I thought to my self why, does everyone love doing cardio so much.

Honesty, I cant stand cardio. It, so boring and repetive. There be on there for like an hour or so. Just taking it nice and easy watching some tv reading a novel. Maybe, I have ADD or something but its just lame. I can kind of deal if, I'm outside jogging the board walk. Even then, I need my i Pod to avoid massive boredom. Which I smashed with a 45lb dumbbell a month ago. So, that out the window. You won't
see any of my personla training clients doing cardio like this.

I feel like these people aren't going any were either, they look the same they did last month and the month before. I'd rather spend my time doing quick interval training, which it seems to be just as effective if not more. It keeps my body fat down, and gives me excellent conditioning for MMA. Intervals training does similar things for my clients. It might be harder but, it's well worth the extra effort. Keep the tv's and book's at home and do some work. After all we are at the gym.

Something really cool, happened yesterday. While I was training my client. This guy at the gym who is mostly heavy weight lifter. Came up to and told he lost 4lbs since last week. Which obviously is awesome. As a personal trainer that mean a world to me.

See he came up to me last week, asked if I could measure his bodyfat. He told me how he was trying get cut. I just breifly explain to him, how he could throw some interval training in to his cardio routine. Explaining that it will help you burn a bunch of calories, in and outside gym, because it increases your metabolic rate. Which lead to fat loss . Only if I could tell alot people about Interval Training at once. Ow yeah, I just did.

Here's a sample routine how to do interval training, Fall river I would love to hear from you comment, ask questions at the bottom.

Sample Interval Routine on Cross Trainer (same principles can be applied to practically any cardio exercise)
5 minute warm up
Set resistance at 5
Go as fast you can for 30 secs
Active rest for 1 minute, a good steady pace.
Repeat for 12-20 minutes
5 minute cool down
