Body Weight workout for 4-6

Hey guys. How everyone doing? I hope everyones enjoying the awesome sun shine we've been having. Summer's just around the corner, thats why I put togeather this killer workout to get you ready for this summer.

Warm up

Alt Lunges 10- 5 on each side
Jump Squat 5
Burpies 5
Push ups 5
Mountain climbers 10- 5 on each side
Side Lunges 10 - 5 on each side

The get you ready for summer workout

Circuit don't rest until your done with all 6 moves

20 Prison Squats or Jump Squats
20 Pushups
12 Burpies
20 Lunges
20 Dips
40 Mountain Climbers

Rest for 30-60 sec. Repeat 2-4 x
